The opening session of the Parliament will be held on Tuesday, October 1. All members of parliament will be present at the opening session in the General Assembly. The agenda for the Parliament's first working session will be the economy. Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan will make a presentation to the members of parliament at the Planning and Budget Committee on October 3. Recent economic developments will be evaluated during the presentation.

Central Bank Governor Karahan is expected to deliver a comprehensive presentation within the framework of global developments, the Turkish economy, inflation, and monetary policy.


THE SECOND ECONOMIC TOPIC WILL BE THE BUDGET

The second economic topic for the Parliament will be the 2025 budget. The budget is also expected to be submitted to the Parliament in October. Deliberations for the 2025 budget final account law will first begin in the Planning and Budget Committee.

The deliberations to be held in the General Assembly as of November will be completed by the end of the year.
