'The İYİ Party has no place in this play, and it never will'
İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu, regarding Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş's remarks on the third article of the constitution, said, "He has proven that he is an appointed and pathetic servant of the palace. İYİ Party Chairman Dervişoğlu also expressed his views on the ongoing 'solution process' during his speech at his party's parliamentary group meeting.
Dervişoğlu stated, "The betrayal process that began in 2011 under the name of a 'solution' was lulled to sleep with the promise that it had been shelved in 2015. The İYİ Party was founded in 2017. Those who were uncomfortable with this formed the People's Alliance in 2018. The People's Alliance, which later expanded with HÜDAPAR, is now shaking hands with DEM and reaching out to it.
This is not called inclusivity. It is an attempt to use different segments of society as tools for one's own political ambitions. It is the reactivation of the shelved betrayal process. We, as a nation, have seen this movie before. The script, the director, and the producer are almost all the same. It is just a sequel with new actors added. The İYİ Party has no place in this play, and it never will.
