The name to replace Sırrı Süreyya Önder has been clarified

Following the passing of Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and DEM Party Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder, the DEM Party has determined its Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

In a statement released by the DEM Party Press Office, it was announced that Pervin Buldan, a member of the DEM Party Imralı Delegation, has been designated as the Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

The statement included the following remarks:

"In our closed Parliamentary Group Meeting held today, Pervin Buldan, a member of the DEM Party Imralı Delegation, has been determined as our Deputy Speaker of Parliament."
