According to the report by Pervin Sümer from Nefes, it was stated that 13-year-old Yaz Yıldırım, who draws attention with her resemblance to her father, frequently prefers the Parle restaurant in Zorlu. It was reported that Yaz Yıldırım ate the white truffle pasta prepared by the famous chef Sadık Usta there and that 6,000 lira was paid for the meal.

AZİZ YILDIRIM EXAMINED THE BILL

According to the information in the report, after learning the price of the pasta, Aziz Yıldırım went to the restaurant the next day and asked why the fee was at that level.

Regarding the subject, the following statements were used: "He was shown the bill, and it was explained that the price of 6,000 lira was normal due to the weight of the white truffle sliced onto the pasta and the parmesan. Aziz Yıldırım agreed with the restaurant and left without even sitting down. Whether her father goes or not, I don't think someone as smart as Yaz would pay an exorbitant price."

In the report, information was also shared regarding the white truffle mushroom used in the pasta.

Accordingly, truffle pasta, one of the prominent dishes of Italian cuisine, is served with parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and thinly sliced truffle mushrooms.

While it was stated that the price per kilogram of white truffle mushroom, known as "white gold," can reach up to 12 million TL depending on its size and rarity, it was noted that the price of black truffle mushroom, which is more common in Turkey, varies between 4,000 and 16,000 lira per kilogram.
