Some roads in Istanbul will be closed to traffic due to the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey and the 19th Istanbul Half Marathon.

According to the statement made by the Istanbul Governor's Office, the roads to be closed to traffic and alternative routes have been determined due to the Istanbul stage of the 59th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey, which will take place today.
In this context, as of 07:00, traffic flow will be suspended between Beşiktaş Square and the Zincirlikuyu D-100 south junction, between the Çatladıkapı traffic lights and Sultanahmet Square, as well as on Üçler, Tavukhane, and Nakilbent streets, Aksakal Street, and the streets and avenues connecting to them.
In Üsküdar, the following will be closed to traffic: the connection from Kısıklı Street to the D-100 highway south road via the Altunizade Bridge, the connection from Kuşbakışı Street in front of Petrol-İş to the D-100 highway south, the connection from Mahir İz Street over the Altunizade Bridge to the D-100 highway south, and the connection from Tophanelioğlu Street to the D-100 highway south.
In Kadıköy, the Uzunçayır O-1 Connection Road in the direction of Kadıköy between the Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saraçoğlu Sports Complex and the Uzunçayır Bridge Junction, as well as Taşköprü, Fener Kalamış, Ahmet Mithat Efendi, Operatör Cemil Topuzlu, and Bağdat streets, and Çetin Emeç Boulevard will be closed to traffic.
Drivers intending to use the Üsküdar direction will be able to use Nuhkuyusu Street; those using the D-100 highway toward Kadıköy will be able to use the Göztepe Bridge; and drivers using Taşköprü, Ahmet Mithat Efendi, Operatör Cemil Topuzlu, and Bağdat streets, as well as Çetin Emeç and Turgut Özal boulevards, will be able to use Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Street and the D-100 highway. Traffic coming from Büyükyalı Street will also be directed toward Turgut Özal Boulevard.
The 1st Tersane Street, between the Karaköy Square Kemeraltı Street intersection and Refik Saydam Street, will be closed to traffic in both directions as of 08:00.
The roads that will be closed to traffic as of 09:00 are as follows:
"Dolmabahçe Street, one-way in the Beşiktaş direction between the Dolmabahçe Gazhane Street intersection and Süleyman Seba Street. Beşiktaş Street, one-way in the Ortaköy direction between the Süleyman Seba Street intersection and Çırağan Street. Çırağan Street, two-way between the Beşiktaş Street intersection and the Palangalar Traffic Lights No. 07-032. Muallim Naci Street, two-way between the Palangalar Traffic Lights No. 07-032 intersection and the Kuruçeşme Traffic Lights No. 07-036. Arnavutköy Kuruçeşme Street, two-way between the Kuruçeşme Traffic Lights No. 07-036 intersection and the Arnavutköy Korkmaz Yiğit Traffic Lights No. 07-037. Bebek Arnavutköy Street, one-way in the Bebek direction between the Arnavutköy Korkmaz Yiğit Traffic Lights No. 07-037 intersection and Vezir Köşkü Street. Cevdet Paşa Street, two-way between the Vezir Köşkü Street intersection and Aşiyan Yolu Street. Yahya Kemal Street, two-way between the Aşiyan Yolu Street intersection and Arpacı Çeşmesi Street. Baltalimanı Hisar Street, two-way between the Arpacı Çeşmesi Street intersection and Baltalimanı Çayır Street. Sakıp Sabancı Street, two-way between the Baltalimanı Çayır Street intersection and Hekim Tahsin Street. Katar Street, one-way in the Büyükdere Street direction between the Hekim Tahsin Street intersection and Büyükdere Street. Büyükdere Street, one-way in the Beşiktaş direction between the Eski Büyükdere Street intersection, the Aytekin Kotil Viaduct underpass, and the Zincirlikuyu Balmumcu Underpass Junction. The D-100 South Sait Çiftçi Connection Road will be closed to vehicle traffic one-way in the direction of the 15 July Martyrs Bridge and Beşiktaş, starting from the Barbaros Boulevard intersection."
As alternatives to these roads, Meclisi Mebusan, Kadırgalar, Bayıldım, Dereboyu, Ahmet Taner Kışlalı, Portakal Yokuşu, İnşirah, Küçük Bebek, Baltalimanı Çayır, İstinye, Sarıyer, Balaban Dere, Poligon, Tuncay Artun, Sanayi, Eski Büyükdere, Maslak Ayazağa and Talatpaşa streets, Dulkadiroğulları, Arnavutköy Dere, Trafo and Ecza streets, as well as the Dolmabahçe-Bomonti Tunnel and the Sarıyer direction of Barbaros Boulevard can be used.
METROBUS SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED
As of 10:00 AM, the Balmumcu exits on the D-100 highway south road will be closed to traffic, with traffic being diverted to the Sarıyer direction of Büyükdere Street and the Beşiktaş direction of Barbaros Boulevard.
Due to the closure of the Altunizade-Ümraniye exits on the D-100 highway north road, vehicles coming from the D-100 north road and wishing to head toward the 15 July Martyrs Bridge will be directed to Kısıklı Street from the Altunizade-Ümraniye exits.
Since the south direction of the 15 July Martyrs Bridge will be closed to traffic as of 10:00 AM, metrobus services in the north direction will be suspended at 10:00 AM; as the north direction of the bridge will be closed to traffic as of 12:00 PM, metrobus services in the north direction will be suspended at 12:00 PM.
TRAM AND CAR FERRY SERVICES WILL NOT OPERATE
As of 10:30 AM, traffic flow will be suspended on Ragıpgümüşpala Street, Galata Bridge, Reşadiye Street, Ankara Street (between the Hamidiye Street junction and the Reşadiye Street junction), Ankara Street toward Sirkeci from the Ebu Suud Street junction, the south side road exits of Kennedy Coastal Road toward Aksaray, the south road exits of Kennedy Coastal Road toward Kumkapı, and between Sirkeci and Kumkapı on the north and south roads of Kennedy Coastal Road.
Additionally, Sirkeci car ferry services and the Beyazıt and Kabataş tram lines will be suspended in both directions from 10:30 AM until the end of the program.
The General Directorate of IETT will make adjustments to bus services for the stops located along the route starting at 10:30 AM.
Vatan, Millet, Fevzipaşa, and Horhor streets, as well as Onuncu Yıl Boulevard and Atatürk Boulevard, can be used as alternative routes.
HALF MARATHON TO BE RUN
According to the statement made by the Istanbul Governor's Office, the roads to be closed to traffic and alternative routes for the 19th Türkiye İş Bankası Istanbul Half Marathon, which will take place today, have been determined.
In this context, the Sahil Kennedy Street South Road between the Samatya Junction and the Yenikapı Event Area, and the Sahil Kennedy Street North Road Namık Kemal Junction turns will be closed to traffic from 2:00 AM until the end of the event.
Traffic flow will be suspended from 4:30 AM until the end of the event on the Galata Bridge, Ayvansaray, Mürselpaşa, Abdulezelpaşa, Ragıpgümüşpala, and Reşadiye streets, Ankara Street (between the Hamidiye Street junction and the Reşadiye Street junction), Ankara Street towards Sirkeci from the Ebu Suud Street junction, Sahil Kennedy Street (between the Samatya junction and the Sirkeci traffic lights), the connection from Namık Kemal Street to Sahil Kennedy Street, the connection from Gazi Mustafa Kemal Paşa Street to Sahil Kennedy Street, the Sahil Kennedy Street North Road between the Eurasia Tunnel Aksaray exits and the Namık Kemal junction, and the Eurasia Tunnel emergency exits.
While two-way traffic flow will not be possible on the aforementioned roads, the specified streets and avenues will be closed from the streets and avenues connecting to them.
The Eurasia Tunnel Aksaray exits and the Eurasia Tunnel emergency exits will be closed to traffic, while the Eurasia Tunnel Transit Road will remain open in both the Anatolian and European directions.
The direction from Namık Kemal Street to Sahil Kennedy Street will be closed to traffic, and access to the Yenikapı İdo Car Ferry Terminal will be provided via the Şehit Vefa Karakurdu Overpass.
Traffic flow coming from Gazi Mustafa Kemal Paşa Street (Atatürk Boulevard) towards Sahil Kennedy Street will be diverted back via the junction.
Traffic flow coming from the Samatya Coastal South Side Road will be diverted back towards the Zeytinburnu direction via the Samatya junction.
Traffic flow coming from Tersane Street towards Galata Bridge will be directed towards Beşiktaş, while traffic coming from Kemeraltı Street towards Galata Bridge will be directed to Tersane Street.
Traffic flow coming from Yavedut Street towards Ayvansaray Street will be directed to Savaklar Street, and traffic flow coming from Savaklar Street towards Ayvansaray Street will be directed to Yavedut Street.
Traffic flow joining the Eminönü and Balat coastal roads from Atatürk Boulevard will be diverted towards Beyoğlu via the Atatürk (Unkapanı) Bridge, and traffic flow joining the Balat and Eminönü coastal roads from the Atatürk Bridge will be diverted towards Kemerler via Atatürk Boulevard.

The Sahil Kennedy Street Samatya South Yenikapı Event Area turns, and the section from the Sahil North Kennedy Street Samatya exits up to the pool junction in both directions, can be used as alternative routes.
