They marched to Galata Bridge for the 'Mercy for our martyrs, support for Palestine' event
Led by the Turkey Youth Foundation (TÜGVA) and organized by the National Will Platform with the participation of 308 NGOs, the 'Mercy for our martyrs, support for Palestine, condemnation of Israel' event was held, with participants marching to the Galata Bridge.

Tens of thousands of participants, who gathered in mosques for morning prayer for the "Mercy for our martyrs, support for Palestine, condemnation of Israel" event organized by the National Will Platform under the leadership of the Turkey Youth Foundation (TÜGVA), held a march in a procession.
After performing the morning prayer at the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, Eminönü New Mosque, Sultanahmet Mosque, and Süleymaniye Mosque, participants gathered in the areas in front of the mosques.
Traffic congestion occurred on the Yenikapı coastal road as citizens reached the mosques by private vehicles or buses.
Due to the density, citizens who could not enter the mosques lined up for prayer on prayer rugs they brought with them in the green areas of Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet squares.
Following the morning prayer, prayers were offered for the martyrs and the Palestinians who lost their lives in Israel's attacks.
Participants who gathered in Hagia Sophia Square after the prayer chanted slogans such as "Martyrs do not die, the homeland is indivisible," "Collaborator traitors will be held accountable, murderer Israel will be held accountable," "Murderer Israel, get out of Palestine," "Our blood and our lives be sacrificed for Al-Aqsa," and "Greetings to Hamas, continue the resistance."
The group, carrying signs written in Turkish, Arabic, and English, frequently recited the takbir.
After the morning prayer, the formed procession began to march in the direction of the tramway line to reach the Galata Bridge. Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop, and Bilal Erdoğan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for the Dissemination of Knowledge and member of the TÜGVA High Advisory Board, also took part in the procession.

As part of the march, some participants also arrived at the New Mosque in Eminönü with Turkish and Palestinian flags in their hands. Due to the crowd, some people lined up for prayer outside the mosque.
Following the recitation of the Surah Al-Fath before the prayer, the morning prayer was performed in congregation. Afterward, prayers were offered for the soldiers who were martyred in the Claw-Lock Operation region in northern Iraq and for Gaza. Following the prayer and the supplications, the participants began to march to reach the Galata Bridge.
