According to the report by Tolga Yanık from Sabah, 20-year-old E.K., who works at a massage parlor in Konya, went to her friends' house and drank two glasses of alcohol there. E.K., whose drink was spiked, lost consciousness.

The suspects blackmailed the young woman by sending the footage of the moments they raped her to her mobile phone and demanding she return to the house. Forced to go to the house, E.K. was then subjected to violence by the girls in the house. The suspects, who stripped E.K. and beat her for hours, did not stop there.

The suspects first spread the videos of them having intercourse on social media, and then opened a live stream using the social media password they forcibly took from the young woman, broadcasting the violence moment by moment. A friend of E.K. saw these moments and applied to the police. While E.K. went to the hospital for an examination under police escort, A.S. (19), H.H.P. (24), B.C.B. (20), A.B. (17), S.T.Ö. (17), U.A.K. (15), A.A.K. (17), and S.K. (18) were detained. Among the suspects, A.S., H.H.P., B.C.B., A.B., and S.T.Ö. were arrested by the court they were brought before.

Her female friend put drugs in her drink

The Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has completed its investigation into the incident. A lawsuit has been filed against the suspects demanding prison sentences of up to 69 years for crimes including 'qualified sexual assault', 'qualified robbery', 'deprivation of liberty', 'violation of privacy', 'blackmail', 'obstructing, disrupting, destroying or altering a system, data', 'torture', 'armed threat', 'damage to property', 'intentional injury', and 'simple injury'.

The indictment stated that there was a feud for an unknown reason between one of the female suspects, S.K., and the victim, E.K., and that S.K. had agreed with the male suspects for E.K. to lose consciousness due to the substance put in her drink, for the male suspects to have intercourse with E.K., and for them to record these moments.

'I don't remember anything'

The indictment also included E.K.'s statement. E.K. said, "After drinking, I gave the empty glass to S.K. S.K. poured more drink and gave it back to me. A while after drinking this, I lost consciousness. When I came to in the morning, I couldn't understand what had happened. I left the house and went to work. A day later, they sent sexual intercourse videos via WhatsApp. I saw in the footage that they had intercourse with me while I was unconscious. They said they would spread the videos if I didn't come to the house. Upon this, I went to the house. While I was crying due to the incident I experienced, they forcibly took off my clothes. They beat me for a long time with kicks and punches. I fainted due to the blows I received."
