Those who tortured prisoners in Syria will not benefit from amnesty

Ahmed al-Sharaa, known as Syrian opposition leader Abu Mohammad al-Julani, made a statement following the revelation that thousands of prisoners were subjected to torture and lost their lives after the fall of the Assad regime in Syria.
Al-Sharaa stated that those who tortured prisoners would not be able to benefit from amnesty, saying, "We will not forgive those who tortured detainees."
Al-Sharaa called on the international community to hand over criminals who have fled from Syria to other countries to justice.
