Three construction companies seized as part of IMM investigation

As part of the ongoing investigation, Iscon, Nuhoğlu, and Trend İnşaat companies have been seized.

A decision has been issued regarding three more companies as part of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM).

It has been reported that construction firms belonging to Furkan Remzi Ceylan and Ali Nuhoğlu, who are among those arrested alongside IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, have been seized.

Accordingly, Furkan Remzi Ceylan's company ISCON İnşaat, as well as Nuhoğlu İnşaat and Trend İnşaat, which were determined to belong to Ali Nuhoğlu, have been seized.

THE STATEMENT FROM THE CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IS AS FOLLOWS

Within the scope of the corruption investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Ekrem İmamoğlu, Trend İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi and Nuhoğlu İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, belonging to suspect Ali Nuhoğlu, and İSCON İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, belonging to suspect Furkan Remzi Ceylan, were seized on 25/03/2025 by the decision of the criminal judgeship of peace.

İMAMOĞLU'S COMPANY HAD ALSO BEEN SEIZED

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had previously seized İmamoğlu İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, in which IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu is a partner, just the other day.
