According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the western parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain showers expected in the Marmara, Aegean, and Western Mediterranean regions, as well as in the surroundings of Ankara, Düzce, Zonguldak, Bartın, Bolu, and Eskişehir, and thunderstorms expected in parts of the Coastal Aegean and Western Mediterranean coasts.

Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the western parts of the Marmara region, the Coastal Aegean, the surroundings of Antalya and Isparta, and the eastern parts of Burdur. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the inner and eastern parts. There is an avalanche risk in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is expected to be generally partly cloudy, with the western parts becoming very cloudy at times, and rain showers expected in the coastal parts of Çanakkale and eventually across the entire region. Precipitation is expected to be heavy in some western parts. The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions, occasionally strong (40-70 km/h) in the western part of the region.
