Thunderstorm warning for Ankara

The Ankara Governor's Office stated in an announcement that, according to the latest data received from the General Directorate of Meteorology, thunderstorms are expected across the province tomorrow between 12:00 and 19:00.
The statement, which noted that the precipitation will be locally heavy starting from the afternoon hours, urged citizens to be careful and take precautions against potential negative impacts such as flash floods, inundation, lightning, local hail, sudden strong winds, short-term storms, and disruptions in transportation.
