A passenger who insulted the cabin crew before the THY flight from Istanbul to London yesterday was blacklisted by the airline and banned from flights.
Stating that flight safety is their priority, THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi used the following expressions in his post:

“We place those who threaten flight safety and commit verbal or physical assaults against our teams on a temporary or permanent flight ban list as per our procedures, and we file criminal complaints against these individuals. There are 440 people on the list in this manner."
