Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced that reports claiming flights scheduled to certain cities in Iraq have been suspended indefinitely do not reflect the truth.

In a statement made by THY,itwas noted that reports circulating on some social media and online news outlets regarding theindefinite suspension ofErbil flightsare nottrueIt was stated that the posts do not reflect the truth.
It was noted that these claims do notreflectthe truth, and the statementaddedthat, "During the period when Iranian airspace was closed, our Baghdad flights were shiftedto daytime hours due to operationalnecessities, and flights continue to be operated."
Our flights to Erbil,Sulaymaniyah, and Basra continue to operate accordingto thescheduled timetable," the statement read.
