WHAT HAPPENS IF A RETURN IS NOT FILED?
There are serious sanctions for those who do not declare their rental income. If a return is not filed:
A special procedural penalty is applied,
Late interest accrues,
A tax loss penalty is triggered.

WHERE CAN PAYMENTS BE MADE?
Payments regarding rental income tax declarations can be made through the following channels:
Branches, internet banking, and mobile applications of contracted banks,
PTT branches,
All tax offices.
Additionally, declarations can be easily filed through the digital platforms of the Revenue Administration (GİB).
IS THERE AN INSTALLMENT OPTION?
Yes. Tax payments can be made in two installments.
The first installment and stamp duty must be paid today, April 7.
The second installment can be paid until July 31, 2025.
Taxpayers who do not pay the first installment on time may face late payment surcharges and penalties.
