A parked Togg T10X caught fire for unknown reasons while charging. In images shared on social media, it was seen that fire crews intervened in the blaze and the vehicle was rendered completely unusable.

Following the incident, the Automobile Initiative Group of Turkey (Togg) issued a statement regarding the cause of the fire. In the company's announcement, it was stated that the fire did not originate from the battery and that a detailed investigation into the incident has been launched.

Togg's statement is as follows:

"On Friday, October 4, a fire occurred in a T10X parked on a user's private property in the Viranşehir district of Şanlıurfa. The fire was brought under control in a short time, and there were no injuries or loss of life. The user was contacted immediately, and the vehicle was taken to Togg's Gemlik Campus for examination. As a result of initial assessments, it has been determined that the fire did not originate from the battery. A comprehensive technical investigation into the matter has been initiated. Respectfully announced to the public."
