TOKİ to sell land in 42 provinces via auction: Details announced
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will offer 462 plots of land in 42 provinces for sale via auction.

According to the statement made by TOKİ, the auction to be held on November 1-2 will allow for the acquisition of residential, commercial, industrial, tourism facility, private healthcare facility, and unzoned plots either in cash or with a 35 percent down payment and a 48-month maturity.
A total of 462 plots of land, with an estimated value of 15 billion 861 million 229 thousand 931 Turkish Lira and covering an area of approximately 3 million 883 thousand 551 square meters, located in Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Ankara, Antalya, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Gümüşhane, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Osmaniye, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Siirt, Sivas, Tekirdağ, Van, and Yalova will be sold via auction.
Additionally, one plot of land in Demre, Antalya, will be leased.
Bids for the auction, which will be held at TOKİ's Istanbul Service Building and the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center, can also be placed online at "emlakmuzayede.com.tr".
