Traces of workers found 1 month after the disaster in İliç, Erzincan!
One month after the mining disaster in the İliç district of Erzincan, traces of the workers trapped under the landslide have been found. During search operations in the area, a pickup truck, believed to contain 3 workers, was reached.

Search operations continue for the 9 workers who remained under the rubble following the landslide that occurred on February 13 at the mine site operated by Anagold Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in the İliç district of Erzincan.
As 1 month has passed since the disaster, a new development occurred today. According to the information received, the pickup truck, where 3 workers are believed to be, has been reached.
Bağımsız Maden-İş Union Organizing Expert Başaran Aksu announced on his social media account that the pickup truck used by the workers had been reached.
Aksu provided the following information in his post;
“A pickup truck used by the workers was reached during the search operations in İliç. There is no information yet on whether any of our worker brothers have been reached. Today marks 33 days that our miner brothers have been under the chemical pile.”
