While bread was previously provided free of charge in tradesman restaurants, İzmit tradesmen have revolted following the bread price hike. Local tradesmen have found the solution in seeking new measures of their own.

In that solution, which also became a topic of discussion on social media, the tradesman expressed his revolt with a sign hung on the wall.
