Traffic accident claims a life in Erzincan
In Erzincan, a pedestrian attempting to cross the road at the intercity bus terminal junction lost their life after being struck by a car.

The accident occurred at the Erzincan-Erzurum highway junction near the Erzincan intercity bus terminal. A vehicle struck Ednan Ertuç (72), who was attempting to cross the road on foot.
COULD NOT BE SAVED DESPITE ALL INTERVENTIONS
Ertuç, who was seriously injured, was taken by ambulance to the Mengücek Gazi Training and Research Hospital. Despite all interventions performed there, Ertuç could not be saved and passed away.
An investigation into the accident has been launched.
