Trump leave for civil servants
As public employees in certain districts of Ankara are granted leave for the NATO summit to be held in the capital in July, temporary bans have also been imposed on many events.

The NATO summit, which will take place on July 7-8, will bring together the leaders of 32 countries, including US President Donald Trump, in Ankara. While intensive security measures are being taken in the capital as part of preparations for the summit, important decisions directly affecting public sector employees and city life have been announced.
Civil servants working in state institutions in Ankara's Çankaya, Altındağ, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Mamak, Pursaklar, Sincan, and Yenimahalle districts will be considered on administrative leave between July 6 and 12, including the weekend. This aims to reduce public traffic in the city center during the summit.
Meanwhile, personnel working in vital sectors such as health, security, transportation, infrastructure, communications, fire services, and disaster and emergency management will continue to work.
On the other hand, exams, panels, symposiums, graduation ceremonies, concerts, festivals, and similar events will be temporarily prohibited in the capital during the summit. It was reported that this measure was implemented to ensure the summit is organized safely and without disruption.
