Trump's game-changing statement on Iran: 'We have completed the deal, they will never have nuclear weapons'

US President Donald Trump made striking statements regarding the ongoing negotiations with Iran, Israel's military operations in the region, and Iran's nuclear program. Trump's assessments have resonated widely in the international community at a time when tensions in the Middle East remain high.

"WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR DEAL WITH IRAN"

Speaking about the diplomatic process with Iran, Trump said that the deal had been successfully concluded.

Stating that the process has entered a new phase, Trump used the following expressions:

"We have completed our deal with Iran. It was a successful deal. We are moving to the second phase, which I think will be easier."

Trump also stated that the US would not make any investments in Iran.

"THEY WILL NEVER HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS"

Expressing his firm opposition to Iran possessing nuclear weapons, Trump argued that this would have serious consequences for regional and global security.

In his statement, the US President made the following assessment:

"We will not make any investments in Iran. But they will never have nuclear weapons. A nuclear Iran would destroy Israel. Then they would attack us."

"I DO NOT BELIEVE IN REGIME CHANGE"

Trump also shared his views on a potential regime change scenario in Iran.

Pointing to past examples, Trump stated that regime changes have not yielded the expected results.

"WITHOUT THE US, ISRAEL WOULD BE WIPED OUT"

Evaluating the recent steps taken by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump expressed his dissatisfaction, particularly regarding the attacks on Lebanon.

Stating that Netanyahu needs to act more carefully, Trump said:

"I am not at all happy with Netanyahu attacking Lebanon. Without the US, Israel would be wiped out. Because no president would do what I did."

"But now Netanyahu also needs to act more responsibly. I am not happy with Israel's interventions in Hezbollah and Lebanon. It will also create a big problem with a big Iran."

"THEY HAD TWO WEEKS TO OBTAIN NUCLEAR WEAPONS"

Continuing his claims regarding Iran's nuclear capacity, Trump alleged that the Tehran administration was very close to obtaining nuclear weapons.

"WE WILL SEIZE ALL NUCLEAR MATERIAL IN IRAN"

Regarding Iran's nuclear program, Trump said, "We will seize all nuclear material in Iran."

WHAT HAPPENED?

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had announced on June 15 that the US and Iran had reached an agreement.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi also announced that an agreement had been reached with the US and that the memorandum of understanding would be signed in Switzerland on June 19.

The announcement that the US-Iran agreement would also specifically cover Lebanon caused controversy in Israel, and Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz claimed that they would not withdraw from the regions they occupied in southern Lebanon.
