Trustee proposal first went to that name from within the CHP: The offer was made by CHP members

Journalist Barış Pehlivan announced that the trustee proposal had been taken to others within the CHP before. Pehlivan shared a striking claim on Onlar TV. Pehlivan recounted his conversation with a person who had been approached previously regarding the trustee to be appointed to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency.
Pehlivan used the following expressions regarding the trustee claims:
"I heard a claim. Those who know, know Nebil İlseven. In 2011, when Berhan Şimşek left the Provincial Presidency, he was appointed as provincial president by the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration. He left 53 days later due to a crisis that occurred afterward. In 2023, he became a candidate for Beşiktaş. He is a CHP-affiliated businessperson. I heard that a month and a half ago, Nebil İlseven's door was knocked on. I called and asked, 'Are these claims true?'
"He told me, 'I received an offer from CHP friends asking if I would be ready if such a duty arose.' I am talking about a month and a half ago. You know, Gürsel Tekin just found out. A month and a half ago, they were testing the waters. Nebil İlseven said, 'Don't even let it cross your mind, how could such a thing happen, it wouldn't cross my mind,' he said.
Afterward, he said, 'Other names came to me, and I reached out to the same friends and asked. They told me, brother, you didn't accept, so it went to other friends and they accepted.' Gürsel Tekin is also one of the names contacted."

"I asked if this offer came from the state level. He said, 'No, it came from CHP members.' Did these people know a month and a half ago where the court decision would evolve? I cannot comment on this, but it means they knew, he said."
