Following an application made by CHP member Özlem Erkan on August 14, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office prepared an indictment against CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik on August 28. However, before the indictment was even accepted and the criminal case had begun, a civil court issued a trustee decision on the second day of the judicial year.

“My dear fellow travelers, my phones are locked up. It is not possible for me to return calls and messages. I am heading to our Istanbul Provincial Headquarters to follow and manage the process.
