Trustees appointed to Erden Timur's companies
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as a trustee to the companies of businessman Erden Timur, who was arrested as part of the 'football betting' investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

The 'football betting' investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering Investigation Bureau continues.
In a statement issued by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated: "Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering Investigation Bureau against suspect Erden Timur for the crime of 'Laundering Assets Derived from Crime'; the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund has been appointed as a trustee by the decision of the relevant Criminal Judgeship of Peace to the companies of which the suspect is a partner and owner, and which are assessed to have been used in activities to launder proceeds of crime obtained within the scope of predicate offenses. The investigation is continuing in a multi-faceted and meticulous manner."
