"WE CALL ON PHYSICIANS TO ACT CAREFULLY AND DILIGENTLY"
The Ministries of Interior and Justice are responsible for the health of every person whose freedom is restricted due to detention or imprisonment, and for ensuring that all processes are carried out in a manner befitting human dignity; contrary attitudes may lead to irreversible losses and will constitute a crime for those who implement them. While emphasizing that trial without arrest should be a fundamental rule for this reason as well, we call on the authorities and the physicians involved in these processes to act carefully and diligently."
