Turkey signs 'Development Road' agreement with Iraq, Qatar, and the UAE

In the capital Baghdad, a four-way memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation on the Development Road Project was signed between Iraq, Turkey, Qatar, and the UAE.
The memorandum of understanding, signed at the Government Palace in Baghdad, took place under the auspices of President Erdoğan and Iraqi Prime Minister al-Sudani.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Iraqi Minister of Transport Razzaq Muhaibis, Qatari Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti, and UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Mohammed Al Mazrouei were also present at the signing ceremony.
