Istanbul's Pendik district saw a driver pull a knife and hurl insults at a truck driver he argued with in traffic. Those moments were recorded by the truck driver using a mobile phone camera.

The incident occurred in Istanbul's Pendik district, in the Harmandere Neighborhood, at approximately 16:40.

According to allegations, a car driver argued on the road with truck driver Fatih Karaçoban due to a right-of-way dispute.

The car driver cut off the truck and forced it to stop. As the argument between the two drivers escalated, the car driver took a knife from his vehicle's glove compartment and returned.

The truck driver recorded those moments with his mobile phone without getting out of his vehicle.

Bystanders tried to calm the parties down and end the argument. The dispute ended when the knife-wielding individual got into his vehicle and drove away.

''HE PULLED A KNIFE ON ME''

Truck driver Fatih Karaçoban stated, "In Pendik's Harmandere Neighborhood, after a red light, while I was driving the truck, the car driver tried to overtake from the middle. Not from in front of me or behind me, but from the middle of the truck. When I asked 'what are you doing,' he argued with me, hurled insults, and pulled a knife. Later, 2 people came from the vehicle behind and tried to take him away. I think they were with him; they also hurled insults. There are liquor bottles in the vehicle. He was drunk, high, and didn't know what he was saying; he pulled a knife on me. I want him to receive the necessary punishment. I am going to the police station to file a complaint” he said.
