Participating in a CNBC-e broadcast, Demirer responded to criticisms that prices in restaurants are exorbitantly high:

"They are indeed high. But the reasons need to be addressed comprehensively. Because we are actually the final link in a chain that starts from the field, the fish caught from the sea, or an animal raised in livestock farming.

In other words, at the final point, the consumer encounters prices with us before consuming the product.

Therefore, deciding whether prices in restaurants are exorbitant without looking at what happens during the journey to us falls into the category of prejudice.
