Two soldiers who died in İskenderun laid to rest

Guard Private Hayrullah Halit Karaman and Supply Private Semih Erdoğan, who died in İskenderun, Hatay, due to multiple organ failure caused by severe dehydration, were laid to rest with ceremonies.
The funeral of Supply Private Semih Erdoğan was brought to Sarayburnu Mosque after being taken from the Giresun Bulancak State Hospital morgue. In addition to his family, the ceremony was attended by Giresun Governor Mehmet Fatih Serdengeçti, Giresun Mayor Fuat Köse, military officials, members of parliament, district governors, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations, and numerous citizens. Following the noon prayer, Erdoğan was laid to rest in the family cemetery in Kuşluhan Village.
Guard Private Hayrullah Halit Karaman was buried at the Edirnekapı Martyrs' Cemetery following the funeral prayer held at the Ataköy 5th Section Ömer Duruk Mosque. Karaman's funeral ceremony was attended by his family, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Nuri Aslan, and citizens.
