Two Turks who died in a house set on fire by neo-Nazis in Germany commemorated in Samsun
Bahide and Yeliz Arslan, who lost their lives in a house set on fire by neo-Nazis in the city of Mölln in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, were commemorated at their gravesites.

A memorial ceremony was held at the gravesites of Bahide and Yeliz Arslan in the Çarşamba district of Samsun, who lost their lives 31 years ago in a house set on fire by neo-Nazis in the city of Mölln.
Prayers were offered during the memorial program organized by the Hamburg Turkish Press Association.
In the arson attack in Mölln on November 23, 1992, Bahide Arslan and her granddaughters Yeliz Arslan and Ayşe Yılmaz lost their lives, and 9 people were injured in the fire.
Following the events, one of the two neo-Nazis tried was released after serving 7.5 years due to being a minor, and the other was released after serving 15 years in prison.
