Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that they will never compromise on Ukraine's territorial integrity.

Responding to questions from members of the press and representatives of non-governmental organizations at the Ukrainian Embassy in Ankara, Zelenskyy stated that he would remain loyal to the Ukrainian Constitution, saying, "We will never accept the territories occupied by Russia as belonging to Russia. Those lands are a part of Ukraine."

Stating that they prefer to reclaim the regions occupied by Russia through diplomatic means, Zelenskyy said, "Because we do not want to lose our people. People are our most valuable treasure."

Zelenskiy called on all mediators, including Russians, Americans, and Europeans, expressing that Ukraine wants the war to be resolved through diplomacy, but that they will never compromise on their territorial integrity and sovereignty. He also reiterated that Crimean Tatars are the indigenous people of Ukraine.
