Ünal Aysal's hotel is up for auction again

Les Ottomans Hotel, owned by former Galatasaray president Ünal Aysal, is being put up for auction again with a valuation of 1.4 billion TL.

Located in the Kuruçeşme neighborhood of Istanbul's Beşiktaş district and drawing attention with its waterfront location, Les Ottomans Hotel has been put up for auction with an estimated value of 1 billion 395 million TL. With this valuation determined by the Istanbul Real Estate Sales Enforcement Office, the first auction for the hotel will be held on June 23, 2025, and the second auction on July 17, 2025.

Les Ottomans Hotel consists of a total of 11 rooms across 2 basement floors, a ground floor, and 2 regular floors. While the hotel features 6 elevators, one of the rooms is a triplex, six are duplexes, and four serve as standard rooms. It is noted that each room has its own unique decoration.

The main building is situated on plot 18 of block 169, while the 235-square-meter area on plot 15 is used as the hotel's garage. Additionally, a 5.44-square-meter plot on parcel 23 is located at the hotel's road entrance.

The hotel was previously put up for sale in 2020 by the Istanbul 10th Enforcement Office for 440 million 735 thousand 355 TL, but the sale did not take place at that time.
