Under Minister Şimşek's authority! Sea-view land in Urla put up for sale
The Privatization Administration, which operates under the Ministry of Treasury and Finance led by Mehmet Şimşek, has published its "privatization" announcements in the Official Gazette.

In the Urla district of İzmir, a sea-view plot of approximately 25 thousand square meters, which also includes the building that served as the Yaşar Neng High School for many years, has been put up for sale.
According to the report in BirGün; additionally, a 65 thousand square meter area located in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara, currently used by the General Directorate of Highways, and a 44 thousand square meter plot in Arifiye, Sakarya, will also be sold.
The statement noted, "The tenders will be conducted through a bargaining procedure by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations. The tenders will be concluded through an open auction with the participation of the bidders whose negotiations are ongoing," it said.
The final submission dates for bids were announced as May 22 and 23.
