Arguing that the lyrics "Diyo şeytan üstüne atla da sal kuşu hanesine" carry the meaning of "sending a message to their home," Matiz stated that the phrase "Cici Toybebe" used in the song's content was used to express the person he loves in a more naive way.

Evaluating all the evidence, the public prosecutor requested that Mabel Matiz be sentenced to 6 months to 3 years in prison for the crime of "mediating the publication of obscene content."
