In a statement issued by the SGK, it was noted: "Due to update works carried out on the infrastructure of the Financial Automation System (MOSIP), where the institution's accounting transactions are conducted, delays have occurred in accessing some services.
Due to these delays, the payment deadline for current period insurance premium debts, restructuring/installment/Article 6183-48 installment debts, all other types of debts, and debts within the scope of borrowing (including those made under Law No. 3201) and revival under Law No. 5510 and related laws, which were due on 31/03/2026, for workplaces employing insured individuals under subparagraphs (a) and (c) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of Law No. 5510, as well as for insured individuals under subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph of Article 4, other insured individuals, and general health insurance holders, has been extended until 23:59 on April 7, 2026. Payments made by this date will be considered as having been made within the legal period. It is important that the relevant debts be paid by the specified date in order to continue benefiting from insurance premium incentives and support, to avoid exposure to late payment penalties and interest due to premiums not paid on time, and to ensure that restructuring payment plans are not violated," the statement said.
