US President Donald Trump, who arrived in Ankara for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Summit, has checked into the hotel where he will spend the night following his meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

US President Donald Trump, who arrived in the capital for the 36th NATO Heads of State and Government Summit, was welcomed with an official ceremony by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at Ankara Airport.
Following the welcoming ceremony, Trump proceeded to the Presidential Complex, where he and President Erdoğan made joint statements to the press ahead of the summit.
After the statements, Trump attended the official dinner held in honor of NATO leaders and their spouses.
Following the conclusion of the program, US President Trump traveled to the hotel where he will be staying under heavy security measures.
Trump is expected to participate in the official NATO welcoming ceremony and the family photo session on Wednesday, when the main sessions of the summit will be held, and subsequently take part in the NATO Heads of State and Government Working Session.
