In a traffic accident that occurred in the evening on Istanbul Boulevard in Süleymanpaşa, the driver of the car with license plate 59 ZZ 288 lost control of the steering wheel. The vehicle struck the median and overturned, leaving the driver, O.E., and his fiancée, G.E., who was in the car, injured.
Upon notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident in a short time. After receiving initial intervention at the scene, the injured were transported by ambulance to the Tekirdağ İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu City Hospital.
According to the information received, G.E.'s health condition is reported to be serious, and her relatives and loved ones are waiting for good news from the hospital. It was learned that both injured individuals were continuing their wedding preparations at the time of the accident and were set to be married next week.
The gendarmerie has launched a detailed investigation into the accident.
