The 4th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice made an important procedural assessment in the lawsuit filed with the request for the cancellation of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Congress held on October 8, 2023.
The Chamber found it unlawful to issue a verdict without taking into account the excuse of the plaintiff's attorney and overturned the ruling of the Ankara 3rd Civil Court of First Instance.
It was decided that the file be sent back to the same court for reconsideration.
