A scene similar to the 'going to Kenya instead of Konya' sequence in the movie Recep İvedik 6 almost became reality in Ankara.
Passengers scheduled to fly from Ankara to Batman boarded a flight to Amsterdam instead of the Batman flight due to a mistake made by the shuttle vehicle.
CABIN CREW NOTICED THE SITUATION
The cabin crew noticed the situation inside the aircraft and issued a warning with the announcement: 'Passengers traveling to Batman, please identify yourselves to the cabin crew immediately.'
The passengers who heard the announcement were taken by surprise. After the cabin crew called out the passengers going to Batman several times and deplaned them, the aircraft departed for Amsterdam.
A passenger traveling to Amsterdam recorded the moments that took place inside the plane. The passenger shared those moments on their social media account. Unable to hide their astonishment, the passenger said the following during the recording;
“We are currently on the Ankara-Amsterdam flight. We arrived in front of the plane with the shuttle buses. While I was about to hand over the stroller, a man asked, ‘Isn’t this for Batman?’ When we said, ‘Brother, what Batman? This is the Amsterdam flight,’ he replied, ‘What Amsterdam? I’m going to Batman.’ Right now, the Batman and Amsterdam passengers are completely mixed up inside the plane. They are calling all the Batman passengers one by one. This actually happened to us.”
