28-year-old Aykut Balkan, who was wounded by gunfire during a fight between two groups in Bahçelievler, has lost his life. Murat S. was also wounded. Police, who launched an investigation following the incident, detained 6 people. Of the 6 suspects referred to the courthouse, 3 were arrested.

In the incident that occurred in Bahçelievler on October 4, 2023, at approximately 22:10, two groups who allegedly had a prior feud came face to face. During the fight that broke out between the two groups, one group drew weapons and opened fire on Aykut Balkan and Murat S. Balkan, who was rushed to the hospital, lost his life. Murat S. was discharged following his treatment.
Following the murder, teams from the Public Security Branch Directorate's Murder Bureau launched an investigation and detained Abdülselam I., Hakkı K., Gökhan K., Mehmet K., Kenan Ç., and Goga N. After their interrogations, Abdülselam I., Hakkı K., and Gökhan K. were referred to the court, arrested, and sent to prison. Mehmet K., Kenan Ç., and Goga N. were released under judicial control.
