Two suspects taken into custody regarding 6 unlicensed firearms and 224 narcotic pills seized in an operation in Adana have been arrested.
Teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch determined that there were unlicensed weapons at two addresses in the Seyhan district and conducted an operation.
During the house searches, an AK-47, 3 pistols, 2 shotguns, and 224 narcotic pills were seized. Two suspects thought to be connected to the materials found in the houses were taken into custody. The suspects, who were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police department, were arrested by the duty magistrate.
