President Erdoğan spoke by phone with Akın Ertaş, the grieving father of Zeren Ertaş, who lost her life after an elevator fell at a KYK dormitory, to offer his condolences.

Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak paid a condolence visit to the family of university student Zeren Ertaş, who passed away after an elevator malfunctioned and fell at the Aydın Güzelhisar Girls' Dormitory.
While Minister Bak conveyed his condolences to Zeren Ertaş's family, President Erdoğan also spoke by phone with the grieving father, Akın Ertaş, during the visit to offer his condolences.
