A fire that broke out in the electrical panel of the Bahçelievler Mosque in Batman during Tarawih prayer filled the mosque with smoke. The fire was extinguished in a short time with the intervention of the congregation.

According to the information obtained, a fire broke out in the electrical panel of the Bahçelievler Mosque, located in the Bahçelievler neighborhood, while Tarawih prayer was being performed in the evening hours. As thick smoke filled the mosque, the prayer was interrupted.
While the fire was brought under control after being extinguished by the congregation using a fire extinguisher, those moments were recorded with a mobile phone camera.
It was observed that some citizens continued to pray while the interior was filled with smoke.
