In the footage shared by Sözcü TV, Oktar confesses to the crimes he committed.
The dialogue in the footage is as follows:
Police: Well, to your knowledge, who else was filmed besides this?
Adnan Oktar: In this case, Ebru Şimşek.
Police: Why was Ebru Şimşek filmed, for example?
Adnan Oktar: I had explained it in the weekend newspaper; we made it a cover story, we did a weekend report on her with a woman beside her. Even though she saw this, she gave a very reckless answer to the newspaper, I mean, a very disrespectful answer. At that time, it might look like meddling, but we said, look, there are things about you like this. We said, why don't you give this up, why don't you study at university. We said, live like a human being, and so on, but she used a hostile tone.
Police: What is it to you, then?
Adnan Oktar: That's what I mean by meddling, no, it could be, but this is actually a good deed.
Police: Who had she established a relationship with at that time?
Adnan Oktar: A friend.
Police: From your group.
Adnan Oktar: Yes.
Police: Where were these technical setups being prepared at that time?
Adnan Oktar: It was prepared in that house, in a friend's house.
Police: Who was that friend?
Adnan Oktar: The person who prepared that incident.
Police: Who was it, that's what I'm asking?
Adnan Oktar: Well, it's not in my mind right now. Anyway, their duty was just to bring that.
