Forest fire in Çanakkale: Teams are responding
A forest fire has broken out in the Umurbey town of Çanakkale's Lapseki district. Teams have begun aerial and ground interventions.

A fire started around 15:00 in the forest depot area of Umurbey town, located in the Lapseki district of Çanakkale.
It was reported that the fire is growing due to the effect of the wind. Teams from the Çanakkale Regional Directorate of Forestry are intervening from the air and on the ground to bring the fire under control.
