Denizli's Pamukkale district, in the Kınıklı neighborhood near Pamukkale University, has been the site of a major privacy scandal involving a room offered for daily rent. A guest staying in the room became suspicious of a power strip and, upon inspection, discovered a hidden camera device installed inside it.
DETECTED IN 3 OTHER HOMES
Following the report of the shocking incident to the authorities, technical examinations revealed that the same setup was found in three other rental homes in the same neighborhood. According to local sources, camera systems were installed inside power outlets in a similar manner in each room.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
Following the incident, a wide-ranging investigation was launched by teams from the Denizli Provincial Police Department.
