Horrific incident in Istanbul: Newborn baby found in trash
A newborn baby found in the trash in Sarıyer has been taken to the hospital.

In the Reşitpaşa neighborhood on Kıbrıs Street in Sarıyer, a citizen discovered a newborn baby inside the trash.
TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL
Upon notification of the situation, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Medical personnel determined that the baby was alive and transported the infant to Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital.
Police teams conducting an investigation at the scene are working to determine who left the baby in the trash.
