Major fire at a chemical warehouse in Esenyurt! Explosion sounds heard
A fire broke out for an unknown reason at a warehouse of a factory containing chemical substances in Esenyurt. While the factory was engulfed in flames and intermittent explosions occurred, the fire has been brought under control.

The fire broke out for an unknown reason around 06:00 at a single-story warehouse located on Sevgi Street in the Kıraç Osmangazi neighborhood of Esenyurt.
As the warehouse, which contained chemical substances such as brake cleaner, was engulfed in flames, sounds of explosions were also heard. Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Fire crews intervened in the blaze and brought it under control after three and a half hours of work.
Esenyurt Mayor Kemal Deniz Bozkurt also conducted inspections at the scene. Regarding the fire, Mayor Bozkurt stated, "It is not possible to provide clear information about the fire. It is work being done in an enclosed space, and we cannot see the bottom clearly. When the gas evaporates, it begins to burn. Efforts are being made to bring it under control by using chemical materials and water cooling."
