Man kills his father with a pump-action shotgun following an argument in Bursa

According to the information received, an argument broke out for an unknown reason between Emre Şentürk and his father, Niyazi Şentürk (50), at their home in the Yunuseli neighborhood.

As the argument escalated into a fight, Emre Şentürk shot and wounded his father before fleeing the scene.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Niyazi Şentürk, who received initial intervention from medical teams at the scene, was taken to Çekirge State Hospital.

The severely wounded father, Şentürk, could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital.

Teams apprehended Emre Şentürk one hour later, 5 kilometers away from his home.
