Metrobus fire in Bakırköy: Flames rose to the sky
A metrobus was engulfed in flames at the İncirli metrobus station in Istanbul. While citizens were evacuated from the area, numerous fire crews were dispatched to the scene.

According to the information obtained, a fire broke out for an unknown reason in a metrobus at the Bakırköy İncirli metrobus station.
As the fire quickly engulfed the entire vehicle, passengers were evacuated.
Police and numerous fire crews were dispatched to the scene.
METROBUS REDUCED TO ASHES
The metrobus became completely unusable. Approximately four fire trucks are intervening simultaneously to extinguish the fire. Although there are claims that citizens in the vicinity were evacuated, no official statement has been made on the matter yet.
SURROUNDING VEHICLES WERE NOT AFFECTED
While the metrobus was reduced to ashes in the terrifying fire, no damage occurred to the surrounding vehicles.
The metrobus line was closed in the Söğütlüçeşme direction, while the Avcılar direction was opened to traffic.
